- Unit 2 has a shared front porch and the largest and nicest kitchen of any unit in the building. The yard is quite pleasant. We have pleasant weather nearly year round in Alameda. You'll have a place for outdoor entertaining and barbeque. A picnic table with benches and barbeques is provided in the back yard. The completely fenced-in front yard includes a nice deck and a lawn. Outside lights make the place comfortable and safe.
- Our location near the Park Street bridge which opens directly onto Highway 880 makes communting to work by car simple. Bus stops close by. The Fruitvale BART station is nearby, within easy bicycling range.
- Alameda is a small, walkable town environment near the big city. Small shops, a variety of restaurants, and shopping centers are nearby. Local neighborhood cinema plays new releases.
